Your brain has to have a certain amount of cholesterol to help your body function normally and help in the creation of vitamins. The list of foods that help to lower your cholesterol is constantly changing, this list has been updated recently.
When you have high cholesterol in your blood stream is it because you have been sitting and eating high fatty foods. Heavy cream and deep fried foods are responsible for raising the level of your LDLs which are directly related to heart disease.
