Common foods that people need to add to their diets are plants high in the sterols and phytosterols. This is a cholesterol type compound that is mostly found in vegetables, legumes, oils and nuts. In plants today, there are a total of forty known types of sterols.
You have to know, you can not completely deplete your storage of cholesterol. Your brain has to have a certain amount of cholesterol to help your body function normally and help in the creation of vitamins.
